Hazel-Ann McLean is a transformational coach, author, and community architect whose life's work has been guided by a single, unwavering conviction: women are more powerful together.
After more than two decades navigating the peaks and pivots of leadership — from the boardroom to entrepreneurship, from personal reinvention to professional expansion — Hazel-Ann recognized a pattern. The most accomplished women she knew were also the loneliest in their transitions. Not for lack of talent. Not for lack of drive. But for lack of a circle that truly understood their world.
Rêve PODS was her answer. Not a program. Not a course. A community of belonging — where women at every stage of their journey could find the wisdom, accountability, and sisterhood they deserved.

Hazel-Ann's career began in the corporate world, where she quickly distinguished herself as a leader with an uncommon combination of strategic brilliance and deep emotional intelligence. She rose through the ranks, navigated male-dominated boardrooms, and learned — often the hard way — that ambition without community is exhausting.
She was celebrated in meetings and invisible in her struggles. Like so many high-achieving women, she wore her resilience as armor, not knowing there were thousands of women doing the exact same thing.
The PivotWhen Hazel-Ann made the leap into entrepreneurship, she discovered a new kind of loneliness — the kind that comes not from isolation, but from having no one who truly understands what you're building, what you're risking, and what you're dreaming.
She sought out communities, masterminds, and mentors. Some helped. Many felt generic, one-size-fits-all. She kept wondering: where is the space designed specifically for women at my exact intersection of ambition, experience, and life stage? When she couldn't find it, she built it.
The CreationRêve PODS was born from Hazel-Ann's deep belief that transformation doesn't happen in a vacuum — it happens in relationship. The name itself was intentional: rêve, the French word for "dream," because she wanted every woman who joined to give herself permission to dream again.
The BE-IT Framework© — her proprietary model for navigating transition — became the invisible architecture of every POD: a way of moving through change that is not only strategic, but deeply human.
