Hazel-Ann McLean is a transformational leadership strategist, author, and the visionary founder of Rêve PODS. She doesn't just coach the corporate journey — she has lived every stage of it.
Her career began in the world's most demanding institutions: McKinsey & Company, Bank of New York Mellon (VP, overseeing $34B in regulatory assets), PNC Bank, and Highmark Health — leading enterprise transformations, and compliance programmes at the highest levels of complexity. She then made the leap into entrepreneurship as CEO of TriVerum, her strategic consulting firm serving Fortune 500 clients across banking, healthcare, and government. She has sat in the boardroom, led the transformation, and built the business from the ground up.
That full arc — corporate executive, entrepreneur, and C-suite strategist — is what she brings into every room at Rêve PODS. Her work sits at the intersection of authenticity, ambition, and transformation. She has guided women from their first tentative steps into entrepreneurship, through the disorienting middle of long careers that no longer fit, all the way to the rarefied air of the C-suite — where the conversations that matter most are the hardest to have. She has been in every one of those places herself.
Hazel-Ann is the creator of the BE-IT Framework©, a proprietary transformational model that has become the backbone of Rêve PODS and the compass for hundreds of women navigating life's most pivotal transitions. The Framework acknowledges that transformation is not a linear event — it is a living, breathing process that requires both courage and community.

Hilarie Viener is a global C-suite leader, brand strategist, and philanthropist whose career spans the world's most influential organisations and causes. She began at top New York advertising agencies before founding Viener & Partners, a global branding, communications, and marketing consultancy that has contributed to the success of over 100 brands worldwide — including Bayer, Heineken, Tesla Motors, Unilever, and Hasbro.
In 2020, she stepped into the CEO role of a high-profile US non-profit inspired by Einstein's legacy, uniting Nobel Laureates, global leaders, and innovators around humanitarian and environmental impact worldwide. She serves on the Advisory Board of American University's School of Communication and as Strategic Advisor to DISCOVERED.tv, a global entertainment streaming platform. At Rêve PODS, Hilarie brings her rare combination of global brand authority, C-suite leadership, and purpose-driven impact to the executive cohort — guiding women who are ready to lead at the highest levels with both strategy and significance.

Tatiana Der Avedissian is a communications and sustainability expert based in London. She is head of business development for the World Ocean Initiative at The Economist Group and leads her own consultancy, advising organisations on strategic communications, business development and sustainability strategy. Tatiana is the co-founder of Temis Fractal, an organisation helping female-led startups navigate and 'hack' the investment ecosystem. She has advised the G7 Women7 and G20 Women20 on climate and gender policy recommendations and continues to champion gender equality and environmental action globally.
Tatiana serves on several nonprofit boards in the UK and internationally, including as co-founder of The Armenia Project, co-president of the Harvard Kennedy School Women's Alumni Network, co-president of Alkionides UK, chair of trustees of the Armenian Institute and a board member of the UK-Cyprus Enterprise Council. She was recently invited to join the steering committee for the Cyprus Environment Foundation. She has also lectured on ethics and politics as a guest professor.
